We are a lifestyle and longevity-focused gym offering endurance, strength, and personalized classes and programming designed around you, your goals, your sport, and most importantly, your life outside the gym!
Our focus is to lead you towards health for a lifetime. We are not selling 6-week fixes or an 8 week all-out shred. What we bring to the table is so much more than that. Our method and programming allows you to show up at your best day in and day out for a lifetime, not just 8 or 12 weeks.
Our programming is endurance-based but can unlock so much more than that. Through years of trial and error, we have created a program that can help you achieve any goal you have in mind, like losing fat, growing muscle, and gaining strength, all while creating a foundation of endurance, and aerobic capacity. Our classes and personal coaching are offered in a beautiful gym downtown Ann Arbor, Michigan with a fun atmosphere and a dynamic community. There are no egos here. What Makes Us Different
We realize that no two people are the same and believe that fitness should be individualized to you. When starting with us, we seek to take the guesswork out of your plan, not leaving your health to chance, but rather, objective data. Through our lifestyle, move, and breathe assessments we get to know you as a person both inside and out. This allows us to create a plan individually curated to you, where you are at now, and where you want to end up.
Your individualized plan will dose intensity and recovery bases on your unique need, thus challenging you to become your best self without breaking you down along the way. All of our training focuses on strength, stability, endurance, and are made to fit you, your goals, and your abilities all to help enhance your time inside the gym and your life outside of it!
All of this is powered by our flagship method: the Ticker Fitness Method. This method analyzes your breath, utilizing the PNOE Metabolic Analyzer to measure how you function internally both at rest and during workouts.
